Unilevel MLM software is the simplest structure to explain: every member you personally sponsor sits on your first level, and their sponsored members form level two, and so on. Commission is paid level by level, which makes it popular for product-based and long-term recurring-revenue networks.
Structure and placement rules
There is no width limit — a member can sponsor any number of people directly. Depth is unlimited too; the plan simply defines how many levels earn commission and at what percentage.
Because there is no spillover, the downline reflects real recruiting effort. Many businesses combine unilevel with a compression rule, so inactive members are skipped when calculating level payouts.
