These terms apply to your use of webprimsmlm.in. By using the website you accept them. Software development engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
What this website is
WebPrimsMLM is a software development and technology services offering from WebPrims. This website describes software products and services we build for businesses. It is not a network marketing platform, a joining portal, or an investment service.
No income or business guarantee
We provide software technology only. We do not guarantee earnings, recruitment results, rank achievements or business success of any kind. Any figures shown in screenshots, mockups or examples are illustrative interface data, not projections.
No legal, tax or financial advice
Content on this website — including articles about commission structures, TDS handling or plan design — is general technical information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing your compensation plan and compliance obligations with qualified advisors.
Quotations and scope
- Prices displayed on the website are indicative package starting points unless a written quotation states otherwise.
- Every project requires a written scope covering inclusions, exclusions and delivery expectations.
- Changes outside the agreed scope are handled as change requests with their own estimate.
Payments
Payment schedules, advance amounts and refund conditions are defined in the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, work already delivered is not refundable.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate plan rules, branding assets and access credentials needed for the build.
- Ensure your compensation plan and marketing comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- Maintain your own domain, hosting and payment gateway accounts where required.
Intellectual property
Unless the project agreement states otherwise, source code and deployment documentation for the delivered application are handed over to the client on final payment. WebPrims retains rights to its pre-existing frameworks, libraries and internal tooling.
Third-party services
Projects may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers or hosting. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers, not by us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to this website or a project is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Website content
We aim to keep descriptions accurate but may update features, packages and content without notice. Screenshots and mockups illustrate interface concepts and may differ from a delivered build.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction stated in the signed project agreement.
